On last Wednesday Germany celebrated its National Pavilion Day on the World Expo in Shanghai. The day’s festivities started in the morning with a live show along Expo Axis.
The programs ranged from classical rythms made by the Young European Classics to a German-Chinese hip hop show including freestyle rap and human beat box and hip-hop styles. German President Horst Koehler attended the performance, which was delivered by the awesome Berlin HIP HOP HEADQUARTER.
Meanwhile German top graffiti and street artirsts such as LOOMIT, TASSO and ZEBSTER showed their skills, supported by the artists REDY, STAN and SINIC from China as well as JAY FLOW and ARTIME JOE from Korea. Here some impressions:
