Colors of Berlin

The Rosenthaler Platz is one of Berlin’s most famous places. In 1929 author Alfred Döblin made this location a crime scene in his novel BERLIN ALEXANDERPLATZ. On last Sunday the Rosenthaler Platz became scene of a surprising street art performance.

Some unknown members and relatives of Berlin’s street art scene flooded the big cross-way with blue, yellow, green and purple colour. The passing cars, bikes and pedestrians applied the colour to the whole Rosenthaler Platz.

This performance effected a great colourful spectacle until  the rain washed away the organic colours some hours later.
